Hello,
I’m Shannon— a nurse, educator, and creative coach with a heart for helping people feel prepared, supported, and inspired.
For many years, I’ve worked in healthcare as an intake nurse, guiding families through some of their most overwhelming moments from birth to death. I’ve seen the stress that comes when information is scattered, conversations are avoided, or loved ones feel powerless in the medical system. That experience inspired me to create the Family Healthcare Advocacy Course — a practical, compassionate system that helps families organize, advocate, and find peace of mind.
But my work doesn’t stop at healthcare. I’m equally passionate about personal growth and creativity — teaching people how small shifts (such as handwriting changes, intentional language, or vision planning) can transform their mindset, reduce stress, and spark joy.
What ties all of my work together is simple:
I help people move from chaos to clarity.
Whether it’s healthcare paperwork, a family crisis, or personal goals, I believe you deserve tools that bring calm, confidence, and a sense of control.
When I’m not teaching or consulting, you’ll probably find me journaling or planning with coffee, traveling with family and friends, or walking my dog. These are the moments that remind me why preparation and creativity matter — they give us the freedom actually to enjoy life.
